One hour deep tissue massages are total body and are not suitable for the elderly or people on blood thinners. If you do not want a total body massage please select a half hour targeted massage from the menu.

- First time Client 90 Minute Massage $100
  Enjoy a total body 90 minute massage at a discounted rate. After the consult your therapist will discuss your therpeutic goals and use the pressure of your choice. 90 minute massages are total body massages. If you would only like a back and neck massage, please select a half hour targeted massage from the menu.

  Enjoy a mini spa experience! 30 minute deep tissue or Swedish massage, 30 minute Dermalogica mini facial and a back or foot scrub!

    Therapeutic stretching on the mat for a half hour.

    If you're short on time this targeted 30 minute back and neck massage might be exactly what you need. Light, medium or deep pressure to your liking.
