90 minute sports massages are total body, medium to deep pressure and include stretching. If you do not want stretching during your massage, please choose a deep tissue or Swedish. If you do not want a total body massage, please select a half hour targeted session from the menu.

- First time Client 90 Minute Massage $100
  Enjoy a total body 90 minute massage at a discounted rate. After the consult your therapist will discuss your therpeutic goals and use the pressure of your choice. 90 minute massages are total body massages. If you would only like a back and neck massage, please select a half hour targeted massage from the menu.

  Enjoy a sugar scrub for your back as an add on to another service.
